Pre- sales Phase: we have sales representative to communicate with our client to understand client needs and based on our experience, capacity to initiate the draft proposal for our client review. With the proposal review, analysis and improvement, we will finalize our proposal with our clients.

Production Phase: We have very strong textile business experience and downstream/upstream partnership. Under the criteria of customized quality, our good production scheduling will make sure our client textile will be delivered in time.

After-sales: We will documentation our client information for each sale and will continue effective communication even after deal. We will review the whole process to enhance our experience and make sure we can serve our client better and better.

Of course! Trail order is necessary for new customers. MOQ is small.

Q:What's the time of delivery?
Basic item we can send 3-7 days since we have stock. Some small order we will send 10-20 days accordingly. Bulk orders we will deliver 20-40 days accordingly.
